About Smart Hisab

Smart Hisab is a digital ledger application developed and operated by OMKAR TRADERS, a registered MSME based in Maharashtra, India. It was built to replace the paper “khata” notebook that Indian shopkeepers and small businesses have relied on for generations to track customer credit. We saw a simple problem: paper ledgers get lost, torn, or forgotten, and there's no way to remind a customer about a due payment without a phone call. Smart Hisab digitizes that process — while keeping the thing that made the paper ledger trustworthy in the first place: it works exactly the same whether you have internet or not.

Every entry you make is saved instantly on your own device, encrypted, and backed up to the cloud the moment a connection is available — so you're never blocked by a bad network, and you never lose your records if your phone is lost or replaced.
